What kind of services does SingPrint provide?

We provide printing services such as Silkscreen, Heat Transfer, Sublimation and Direct-To-Garment (Fast T-Jet)printing methods. Additionally, we are the wholesaler for dummy weapons (Mark IV & M16), Heat Transfer Papers, InkJet/Laser Transparency Film, Fast Tjet & Transfer Cutter Machines. We even provide customization services for school uniforms, shirts and gift (umbrella, pen & thumb drive) items. For more information, please visit our Products & Services section.

Where are you located? How do we get there?

We are located at 65A Jalan Tenteram, St Michael's Flatted Factory Estate, #06-12, Singapore 328958. Click here for the directions.

What are your office hours?

Our Operating Hours are Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 6pm. We closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Is there any Government Service Tax (GST) involved?

Yes. We are a GST registered company.

Do you provide any consultation services?

How do you charge for Class Tee-shirts?

For class Tee-Shirts, we will start at a special price of $9 (without GST) on a Roundneck Cotton and $11 (without GST) on a Polo shirts (Prices includes 2 choices of colour printing). Additional of $1 will be charged for every extra colour. Take note, a minimum fee will be charged for orders less than 20 tee-shirts.

What are your t-shirt sizes range and measurements?

Our ready-made size ranges from XXS to XXXL, however we do provide customization of sizes. For a rough guide of the shirt measurements, please click here.

What type of shirts do you have?

We have many types of shirts ranging from just a roundneck tee, polo, v-neck, single jersey, mandarin collar and etc. For more information, please visit our T-Shirt Wholesaler page.

Will the printing fades after a few washes?

No. As long as you wash the shirts inside out, do not direct iron and follow the directions on the shirt label.

What type of formats and resolutions do you accept for artwork?

We accept formats such as Adobe Photoshop (*.psd), Corel Draw (*.cdr), Freehand (*.dat), Illustrator (*.ai), JPEG (*.jpg) and TIFF (*.tiff). Acceptable resolutions are 150 - 300dpi (Actual Size), do take note that higher resolution of the graphics will give more accurate results.

Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, you will be charged at an affordable fee. Take note that we will only deliver at certain areas around Singapore. Clients outside Singapore will have to bear for the shipping costs. Contact us at 6356 8740 or email us at enquiries@singprint.com  for the charges on each delivery locations.

Are there any maximum colours for silkscreen printing?

No. However, we do advise on the number colours to be at a maximum of 6 colours due to the high costs involved. The more colours you needed, the higher will be your shirt prices. Nevertheless, our professional designers will advice you on the number of colours to be reduced or added according to your desired budget.

Will you still do for me if I’m printing 1 shirt only? Is there any minimum quantity fee?

Yes we will. If you are using Fast-Tjet or Heat Transfer as your printing method, there will be no minimum quantity fee charged. If you are using Silkscreen method, there will be additional fee involved.

I have a photo, I want it to be printed on a shirt, is it possible?

Yes. Simply give us your picture in a *.jpg or *tiff format, and we will make the necessary adjustments for you. Recommended printing method used will be Fast Tjet, Heat Transfer or Sublimation.

After I send my artwork, what will I need to do?

Upon submission of artwork, our professional designers will give you the high resolution softcopy visuals via email within 3 working days. After approval of artwork, the printing process will start and it will take about 3-5 working days. Clients whom wish to request for a faster delivery time will be charged as ‘Express Delivery Charge’.

Can I pay by Nets? Or what are your paying methods?
