Part B Card Processing

The process of the membership card will take 3 weeks after a successful application. For any card enquiries, please call our Service Hotline at 63568740 or email us at enquiries@singprint.com

Applicants can apply using two ways:

1) Download the Application Form A through the website and send via enquiries@singprint.com .

2) Fill in the form in hardcopy, print it out and sent it to the following address:

Part C Rules & Regulations

Cardmembers are to abide with the terms and conditions set by SingPrint. Please read the following terms and conditions before application of membership.

→ Discounts

There are two types of discounts :- Individual and Corporate/Class/Clubs.

- The Corporate/Class/Clubs Discount means that that there will be 10% / 15% / 20% deduction from the total amount.
- For Individual / Personal Printing, the discount is only applicable for individual only. There will be strictly NO sharing of discounts with friends unless you are using the discount for corporate/class.

- This Discount applicable only to roundneck and polo tees.

→ Sharing of Cards

There will be no sharing of cards for the discount promotion. However, the representative of the cardmember can represent their class / clubs / corporations for the discount promotion.

→ Delivery Service

For Classic and Gold membership, free delivery service is only applicable if your total amount is more than $300. Platinum cardmembers will enjoy a free delivery service regardless of any total amount.

→ Birthday Vouchers

Surprise Birthday Vouchers given each year will varies depending on factors such as :
- Your Length of membership
- Your usage of membership, the more you use, the more value of the vouchers you will receive!
- Your category of membership (Classic / Gold / Platinum)

Usage of Vouchers can be used only for Tee-Shirt Printing for Individual/Corporate/Class. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. For example, if the total amount is $30.00 and you have a $50 voucher, we will NOT return you the remaining $20.00, in which you should use the $50 voucher fully. Another scenario will be, if the total amount is $80.00 and you have a $50 voucher, you will only need to topup another $30 extra.

→ Renewal of Membership Card

Cardmembers whom wish to extend their membership card will just have to drop by our office at St Michael's Flatted Factory, 65A Jalan Tenteram, #06-12 OR you can email to us at enquires@singprint.com and put the email subject as “Renewal of Membership”. In the email, please state your FULL NAME as registered in the membership card, membership card number and date of expiry of your card. We will update the details of your membership and will send you a new membership card after three weeks of successful extension.
